Big Hoss BBQ Sauce

One summer day I hopped into my pickup to traverse the country in search of the best barbecue sauce. I found great ones from Carolina to California and Missouri to Texas and sampled vinegar, ketchup, sugar, mustard, pepper, and garlic sauces. I couldn't decide which region was the finest, so I combined each flavor. The result is a balanced but aggressive `Hosstyle' Bar-B-Q sauce that goes well on beef, pork, chicken, fish, and grilled veggies. It's the one sauce to serve when you are serving only one.
