The recipe for our Spaghetti Sauce has been in the Aiello family since the 1870's when Maggie Tolve married Michael Carmine Aiello. The family featured Maggie's spaghetti and sauce at the famous Patsy's Inn for many years and after 5 generations Aiello's sauces are still absolutely the richest and most flavorful in Colorado.
