We batch cook and package sauces (spaghetti sauce, salsa, green chile sauce, hot sauce) on a large scale. This position is involved in the complete process of building recipes, packaging in jars, labeling, cleaning, and documenting finished food products.
We are a growing, family owned, food manufacturer of retail and food service products that operates Monday through Thursday from 7am – 5:30pm. Assembly line food production experience is helpful, but not required, and a desire to learn new skills. Everyone contributes to the team in this 74year-old company that produces a variety of products.
We’re by no means a small operation, but we’re certainly a tightly knit group, and we really take pride in our fun family-run atmosphere. We don’t have a corporate office in some far-away place. When our employees have a problem with the equipment or anything else, it’s handled by us directly with no need to go through countless departments for approval. There’s one department, and that’s all of us succeeding.

Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Maintain attention to detail, food safety, and quality
- Read and follow directions
- Work assembly line type positions
- Be comfortable doing extensive cleaning
